As promised, I'm sharing below a summary of what we've discussed regarding your rough costs and timelines.

To provide the most time efficiency for both of us, we like to provide these rough costs and timelines to allow you to think about it, discuss, and pass this information along to anyone else involved to make sure we are on the same page regarding costs, timeline, and availability before we develop a full detailed contract. If there is something you have any questions or concerns about anything listed below. please let me know, thank you.

Scope Of Work:

The rough estimate below is for the scope of work pertaining to

Rough Costs, Timelines, Availability, And Variables:

Rough Costs:

Rough Timeline

Availability:

Variables:

To make sure your expectations, Keep in mind although there was a lot of thought and calculation that went into these numbers, these are still considered rough costs and may change slightly as I get into the nitty-gritty when developing the contract and detailed scope of work and as more details may come to the surface, however, this should be very close, if not the final number.

Think about it, discuss it, run it by anyone involved, and after, get back to me and let me know if you want me to get an official proposal put together for you and we can start going on that.

Ill follow up on this in about a week, let me know if you need more time than that or feel free to reach out before then anytime. Thank you!

Next Steps:

-  We will begin developing your project schedule.

- Then we will begin with the Preparation of your permit package and as soon as that is done we will send that package over to you for review and confirmation before submittal. Once permits are received...

- I will introduce you to the construction team and they will set up a preconstruction meeting to go over your material selections if it hasn't been picked out at this point already and will begin the ordering process as well as cover your schedule with you

- We will confirm the exact start date once all materials are ordered and onsite.

- Finally, we move into the construction.

A recap of dates and timelines to refer back to: As of the time of contracting and as we discussed the following tentative timelines have been provided:

Estimated Permitting Submittal Date: 1-3 days after receiving the deposit

Estimated Permitting Timeline: +/-

Estimated Construction Start Date: +/-

Estimated Construction Duration: +/-

The following items are typically the biggest items that affect start dates and timelines:

- To provide a fair experience for all clients we work on a first come first serve basis, so a delay in receiving a deposit, can and likely will affect the estimated start dates, the longer the delay, typically the larger the impact it will have on the start date. ACH payment through QuickBooks is recommended to avoid this.
