Online Training ( Software tutorials - Buildertrend and other communication tools)
Dedicated Training Calls - Q&A sessions (Complicated software & workflow)
Project Management Tools (This is for To Do’s, Assigning Tasks, clear instruction - Deadlines)
Setting Expectations & Support
Communication Expectations ( 15 min training for communications )
Ongoing Support ( frequent video check-ins for the first few weeks, gradually reducing the frequency as they become comfortable)
