Value Add Mindset:
Have empathy and think of what gives you a good experience when calling a businesses, always tell a client you would be glad to help, do, provide, whatever it is they are asking for even if it may lead into a statement of something you cant provide or need something to provide that. Example: if a potential client demands an accurate quote right now and it cannot be done say "sure thing, Id be glad to provide you an accurate quote for you. what we will need for me to do that is x."
Always think how you can serve this potential customer and provide as much value through helpful information.. Even if they are slightly rude, they may just have their guard up, helping them may reduce their defenses. Be understanding, compassionate and helpful
